Transform Your MBA/PGDM Programme into an Effective Career Advantage
"True learning is not about consuming courses; it is about building capability through understanding and skill acquisition."
"India stands at the forefront of the AI-driven economy, ranking first globally in economic preparedness and second in digital-skills penetration. Yet, the QS World Future Skills Index 2027 (June 2026) ranks the country only 74th in workforce readiness and 73rd in human capital, exposing a widening gap between economic opportunity and the development of job-ready, future-ready talent."
"A certificate, by itself, is seldom a competitive advantage. What employers truly value is the ability to translate learning into performance through practical projects, industry exposure, and workplace application. This explains why many graduates possess degrees, yet relatively few are immediately employable."
"AI Certification Carries Little Value – Practical Projects and Workplace Application Matter More."
"Students typically crack the Final Placements essentially due to their enhanced competencies through an effective Summer Internship Project (SIP), Specialization-I and Specialization-II Courses."
Enrol for this Excellence Programme and Take a Quantum Jump to Ensure a Bright Future.
Today's recruiters seek professionals who can contribute from Day One. While a conventional MBA/PGDM provides strong academic foundations, organizations increasingly expect graduates to possess industry-relevant skills, practical exposure, recruiter-ready competencies, and confidence to perform in business environments.
The Industry-Ready Domain Specialization Programme has been carefully designed to bridge this gap. Through cutting-edge specialization courses with guidance from distinguished faculty and industry leaders, structured Summer Internship Project (SIP) assistance (for First Year MBA/PGDM Students), and an optional Final Placement Assistance Programme, students/trainees receive a comprehensive career development experience alongside their MBA/PGDM programme.
