Income Generation Activities
Prakrit Care Foundation focuses on creating sustainable income opportunities for rural communities. We support skill development, promote small-scale enterprises, and encourage self-employment initiatives. By enabling access to resources, training, and market linkages, we help individuals and groups build stable and diversified sources of income.
Sustainable Farming Practices
We promote modern, eco-friendly, and cost-effective farming techniques that enhance productivity while preserving the environment. Our approach includes organic farming, water conservation methods, and efficient use of natural inputs. We provide training and guidance to farmers to adopt sustainable agricultural practices that reduce dependency on chemicals and improve crop quality.

Prakrit Care Foundation is committed to protecting nature and promoting environmental sustainability through afforestation, biodiversity conservation, and community participation. Meet Our Thought Leaders
Dr. Jitendra K. Das is a distinguished academic and leader with a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Delhi and a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. He served as a Professor of Marketing at IIM Lucknow and was the Founder Dean of its Noida Campus. Dr. Das also held the position of Director General at the Foundation for Organisational Research and Education (FORE) and led the FORE School of Management, New Delhi. His career reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence and institutional leadership.
Dr. Krishna Kumar, Former Director of IIM Kozhikode, is a seasoned academic and management expert, holding a Fellow in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He also served as a Professor at IIM Lucknow. With extensive experience in leadership and education, he has contributed significantly to the development of management education in India. His work spans teaching, research, and institutional building.
Dr. Shailendra Singh, Former Director of IIM Ranchi, is an expert in Organizational Behaviour with an MA in Psychology from the University of Allahabad and a Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur. He has made notable contributions to academia through teaching, research, and leadership. His work reflects a deep understanding of human behavior in organizational settings.
Dr. P K Biswas is a seasoned B School leader and institution-builder with over 40 years of experience. He has served as Dean, Director, or Vice Chancellor at prestigious institutions including IIFM, LBSIM, IFMR, IMT Ghaziabad, Skyline University, and Jagran Lakecity University. A published author and consultant, Dr. Biswas has conducted research and training worldwide and mentored everyone from senior government officers (IAS, IFS) to CEOs. His deep knowledge spans areas of strategic management, organizational development, leadership development, and higher education administration.
Dr. Satyendra Kishore is Professor of Management at ICFAI University, Ranchi, and Visiting Professor at IIM Ranchi, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. He previously served as Executive Director of the Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM), Coal India Ltd.'s premier L&D center. Beginning his career in 1992 as a behavioral sciences faculty member at CIL, he brought over 25 years of corporate HR leadership to the role. Dr. Kishore is the author of multiple books, articles, and management case studies on contemporary organizational issues.
Dr. Sudhir K. Jain is a renowned expert in Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Rights, with nearly four decades at IIT Delhi. He has served as Vice Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Director General, NIESBUD (Govt. of India), and held senior academic roles at JNU, NSUT, and IIT Delhi. A pioneer in IPR education in India and international tutor with WIPO, he has travelled to 35 countries for academic engagements. Author of Managerial Economics (Pearson), he has over 200 publications and has guided 30 Ph.D. scholars.
